Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, capital raising initiatives, and strategic reviews
Drive stakeholder decision-making through strategic deal proposals and financial structuring
Manage cross-functional teams including legal, tax, and transaction services specialists
Develop and maintain key client relationships to generate new business opportunities
Create comprehensive deal documentation including teasers, information memoranda, and term sheets
Conduct advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis
Support business development and proposal preparation with senior leadership
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Business with preference for Masters in Applied Finance, CFA, or CA
Experience
5+ years in M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate finance
