Key Responsibilities

Lead technical design review processes and project mobilization
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including BOMs and SOPs
Create specialized welding documentation and process specifications
Manage workstation layouts and production efficiency optimization
Design and implement tooling and fixture solutions
Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen and DFM/DFA methodologies
Oversee technical compliance and quality standards
Lead risk assessment and safety protocol development

Requirements

Education

Degree, HNC, or HND in engineering discipline

Experience

Significant experience in welding/fabrication manufacturing environment
