Key Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence in daily crewing operations by supporting strategic workforce deployment across vessel fleets
Maintain critical stakeholder relationships with ship masters, manning agencies, port authorities, and flag state officials to ensure seamless maritime operations
Execute comprehensive crew onboarding and transition programs including briefings, debriefings, and crew welfare initiatives
Develop and implement strategic crew master plans for specific rank groups to optimize operational efficiency
Orchestrate monthly crew rotation schedules and coordinate multi-party communications to maintain vessel staffing continuity
Manage complex crew sign-on and sign-off logistics while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
Ensure maritime safety and legal compliance by monitoring crew certifications and flag state requirements
Drive certification management processes including flag state endorsements and system updates
Maintain accurate crew certification databases through PAL system administration
Execute payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely compensation for maritime personnel
Provide strategic vessel support and operational assistance as operational needs arise
Maintain comprehensive documentation systems following established maritime industry protocols
Deliver exceptional crew and family support services including communication facilitation and relationship management
Support strategic initiatives through ad-hoc project execution and comprehensive reporting
Foster crew engagement and retention through organized social events, conferences, and team-building activities
Execute strategic directives from Crewing Management to support organizational objectives

Requirements

Education

Bachelor degree and higher, Merchant Marine preferable

Experience

With crewing experience and/or marine experience 3 years above

Fluent in English - oral and written. Good at Mandarin will be a plus Good writing skills Good communication skills Be skilled in MS Office software package Have knowledge in payroll applications Have a good knowledge of maritime certification Have a general knowledge of maritime personnel functions Be effective, tidy and have a good structure in work Be correct in the details Be able to produce planning tools in front of projects and later follow-up
