Key Responsibilities

Lead TRS (Total Return Swaps) lifecycle management including booking, adjustments, and maturity processing with direct P&L impact
Oversee critical market operations including securities transactions and regulatory compliance monitoring
Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance front-to-back office efficiency
Manage relationships with traders and provide strategic support for position management
Develop and implement internal tools for operational excellence
Ensure regulatory compliance with Hardblocking & Hire Act requirements

Education

5+ years in front office support
