Key Responsibilities

Lead global market development for recycling technologies with cross-functional coordination
Develop and implement strategic market initiatives for polymer modification segment
Drive business partnerships and licensing agreements to enhance market position
Conduct market intelligence and pricing analysis for strategic decision-making

Oversee segment P&L performance including Volume, NS, CM, and EBITDA metrics

Requirements

Education

Master / PhD degree, preferably in Polymer technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar level through experience

Experience

5-7 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the chemical industry
