Key Responsibilities

Lead GMP Production Fill & Finish operations with focus on aseptic filling and visual inspection
Manage quality control processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing
Develop and implement process improvements to increase production capacity
Lead complex improvement projects for cost optimization and quality enhancement
Ensure regulatory compliance and represent department in authority inspections
Direct technical supervision of Fill & Finish operations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

Significant experience in GMP pharmaceutical production, especially in aseptic filling
