Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic MDM transformation initiatives to support 30% business growth target over 3 years
Oversee data governance and quality for complex supply chain network (10k+ locations, 4k+ products)
Drive cross-functional collaboration to maintain data integrity across multiple systems
Develop and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks
Lead predictive analytics and automation initiatives using PowerBI, Spotfire, and Alteryx
Manage master data across SAP, TMS, and O8 systems
Provide strategic leadership to MDM team and stakeholder management

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field

Experience

5-10 years in Master Data Management and supply chain environment
