Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise-wide master data governance strategy ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across all business systems to support critical healthcare operations and regulatory compliance
Lead comprehensive master data lifecycle management including Material Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, and Pricing Data to optimize business performance and operational efficiency
Orchestrate master data team operations and service desk management to deliver superior internal customer service and maintain business continuity
Spearhead digital transformation initiatives by implementing SAP MDG and advanced master data management tools to modernize data infrastructure and capabilities
Execute complex data migration projects and system upgrades while maintaining data integrity and minimizing business disruption during critical transitions
Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and industry best practices in the highly regulated healthcare sector
Develop and implement automated master data processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention while improving data quality metrics

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Data disciplines or any related field

Experience

10+ years of experience in master data administration and management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, with a strong focus on master data governance
