Key Responsibilities

Architect and maintain comprehensive master data ecosystems across customer, supplier, parts, solutions, and item databases to ensure organizational data integrity and operational excellence
Drive strategic data governance initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities and establishing communication protocols with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Lead cross-functional data validation projects ensuring adherence to master data policies while implementing corrective measures to maintain data quality standards
Execute critical data standardization processes through systematic audit report validation and correction procedures that directly impact business operations
Implement enterprise-level mass data update strategies following industry best practices to optimize data management efficiency
Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Data Governance Operations, influencing organizational data strategy and decision-making processes
Develop comprehensive training programs, standard operating procedures, and user documentation that enables organization-wide data competency
Conduct advanced analytical assessments to identify data trends and patterns that inform strategic business decisions
Champion organizational change management initiatives by promoting adoption of new data processes and system implementations
Ensure production environment integrity through rigorous change control validation and approval processes

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in related fields or related experience, preferred

Experience

3 years relevant experience in data management and analysis or other related fields

Required Skills

Must be methodical, detail-oriented, and well-organized Demonstrated ability to translate IT service business needs into system and master data requirements Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to interact appropriately in a matrixed environment with all levels of the organization Understanding of the interrelationship and impact of master data on functions/applications Ability to work as part of a team to drive results Customer service and process oriented Prefer knowledge of SAP Item Master Data Management Experience with computer system validation and validated testing is a plus Experience in working with an ERP Master Data Add, Changes, Deletes
