Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development of comprehensive curricula across multiple vocational training tracks including baking, food and beverage, housekeeping and urban farming, directly impacting the employability and life outcomes of adults with disabilities
Drive organizational training excellence by conducting advanced adult learning principle workshops for trainers, establishing the foundation for program-wide quality standards
Provide expert mentorship and guidance to workshop instructors, building internal capacity and ensuring sustainable program delivery across all ESLP initiatives
Create and implement specialized training materials focused on Activities of Daily Living, Home Living Skills, Community Living and Mobility Skills, Social and Recreational Skills, and Work Readiness Skills, directly enhancing functional outcomes for beneficiaries
Lead continuous assessment and review processes of trainee needs, ensuring adaptive and responsive program delivery that maximizes individual potential
Maintain operational excellence through updated SOPs and training materials, ensuring consistent quality and compliance across all program components
Deliver comprehensive training progress reports to management, providing data-driven insights for strategic program improvements and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

Education

Minimum Degree or Post Graduate Qualifications in a relevant course (such as Occupational Therapy, Special Needs Education or a social service related course) from an established institution

Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in training in one of the ESLP training tracks
