Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic master data management for critical business objects including vendors, customers, and materials within SAP S/4HANA environment to ensure enterprise-wide data consistency
Implement and optimize MDM governance frameworks using Syniti Knowledge Platform to establish data integrity standards across European operations
Develop and maintain robust SQL-based data quality controls ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness of enterprise data assets
Define comprehensive data governance standards, business rules, and documentation frameworks supporting organizational data excellence initiatives
Monitor and report Master Data Governance KPIs to executive stakeholders driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Lead cross-functional data enhancement initiatives collaborating with European Business Process Owners, Finance, Procurement, and IT to optimize data processes
Deliver training and knowledge transfer programs to end users ensuring successful adoption of MDM solutions across business units
Champion enterprise-wide data governance harmonization efforts optimizing master data practices across Refresco Europe
Support strategic platform rollouts including Syniti Knowledge Platform implementation and hypercare activities
Contribute to major enterprise transformation projects including SAP S/4HANA roadmap execution
Explore and implement generative AI solutions to enhance master data automation and unlock operational efficiencies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Data science or a related field

Experience

At least 3 years of working experience in MDM

Required Skills
