Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic maintenance and enhancement of enterprise master data management infrastructure, ensuring data quality governance across critical business systems
Serve as primary technical liaison between business stakeholders and data stewards, facilitating optimal utilization of MDM tools and ensuring alignment with organizational data standards
Lead cross-functional integration initiatives connecting SAP and non-SAP applications, delivering solutions that balance business requirements with technical constraints and risk mitigation
Architect and implement monitoring frameworks for critical data elements, proactively identifying data accuracy issues and orchestrating correction strategies with business owners
Spearhead new project development and deployment of custom MDM functionality, driving innovation in master data solutions while maintaining system stability
Provide technical leadership through mentoring team members and knowledge sharing, contributing to organizational capability building in MDM domain
Ensure 24/7 system reliability through participation in rotational support, maintaining business continuity for mission-critical data operations

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or other related field of study

Experience

7+ years of experience in using Informatica MDM and at least 3+ years of dedicated experience working on MDM SaaS or IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) and IICS (Intelligent Informatica Cloud Services)

Required Skills

3+ years of experience with Business 360, Reference 360, Data Quality, Multidomain MDM, Data Integration 3+ years of experience using CAI, CDQ, CDI 3+ years in designing of UI/UX, searches and pages for Multidomain MDM 3+ years of experience in hosting and consuming API's in MDM Sound understanding and working knowledge on the DaaS offerings by Informatica Ability to develop complex workflow and mappings, using multiple standard mapping functions available in tool for data integration Integration experience with SAP, ORACLE, AZURE and many other legacy systems JAVA developer skills for facilitating any custom code or script in mapping Proficiency in framing and executing SQL queries Basic LINUX skills to create, support and maintain the configurations in on-prem VM's
