Key Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of project-specific MEL frameworks and learning plans
Facilitate stakeholder workshops for framework design and data analysis
Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data for actionable intelligence
Develop systems innovation MEL approaches as a service
Support portfolio management and cross-organizational learning
Engage with stakeholders for service communication and improvement
Provide MEL coaching and training to colleagues and partners

Requirements

Education

Master's in Social Sciences, Evaluation or related disciplines (preferred but not required)

Experience

Significant experience in MEL framework development and implementation
