Key Responsibilities

Guide and mentor student teachers through practicum phases including goal setting, coaching, and on-site visits
Design and facilitate mentoring seminars for groups of approximately 10 students
Evaluate student teaching performance and assessment of learning outcomes
Collaborate with mentoring team and participate in professional development
Conduct 10 practicum visits during 3-6 week block practicum periods

Master's degree in Education

Experience

Teaching certification for kindergarten or primary level with practicum supervision experience
