Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic acquisition target identification and evaluation with direct impact on corporate growth strategy
Direct end-to-end M&A process management including due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
Negotiate and structure complex M&A transactions typically ranging from $50M to $500M
Drive post-merger integration strategy and execution affecting operational efficiency
Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-level executives
Manage cross-functional teams across finance, legal, and operations during deal execution

Requirements

Education

Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant finance qualification CIMA / ACA / ACCA preferred

Experience

Significant M&A experience with demonstrated deal volume
