Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive site regulatory assurance operations ensuring nuclear facility compliance with federal regulations and industry standards while maintaining operational excellence
Drive performance management and professional development of regulatory assurance personnel to achieve site objectives and corporate strategic goals through coaching and mentorship
Collaborate strategically with Site Regulatory Assurance Managers and Corporate Licensing Managers to deliver competent regulatory support that meets prescribed standards and timelines
Maintain transparent communication with Organizational Performance and Regulatory Director regarding work priorities, ongoing initiatives, and regulatory landscape changes
Execute full-spectrum managerial responsibilities including talent acquisition, performance evaluation, compensation management, and staff development within budget constraints
Serve as Emergency Response Organization (ERO) member maintaining active qualifications and readiness for emergency response coordination
Ensure consistent workforce practices and business plan execution across assigned regulatory assurance functions

Experience

8 to 10 years of professional experience including diverse work and 3 years supervisory experience

Required Skills
