Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of data migration initiatives including scope definition, ETL processes, and resource planning for enterprise-wide digital transformation
Technical oversight of complex data mapping, transformation, and migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.com and custom applications
Stakeholder management and business user coordination to ensure migration alignment with organizational objectives
Development of comprehensive data cleansing and reconciliation strategies

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

Experience

10 years minimum in technical role within service or IT organization

Required Skills

Large scale data migration experience System cut-over expertise CRM and Billing systems knowledge (Telco industry) Reconciliation planning Salesforce platform knowledge Virtual team leadership English proficiency (Cantonese preferred) Analytical and problem-solving capabilities Interpersonal and leadership abilities
