Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage interactive accommodation processes for disability, pregnancy, and religious accommodations
Conduct complex analysis of essential job functions and reasonable accommodation requirements
Provide strategic consultation to management on ADA compliance and accommodation solutions

Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience
