Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development and implementation of Neighbor Relations programs to enhance ASML's community standing
Drive ESG sustainability initiatives focusing on social domain and community engagement
Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple organizational levels and external partners
Develop and execute communication protocols for internal and external stakeholders
Oversee milestone events and recurring communications with community members
Direct program improvements and establish collaborative frameworks with stakeholders
Monitor and report on program progress and effectiveness
