Key Responsibilities

Strategic team leadership of 6 accounting professionals with focus on performance culture development
End-to-end financial operations management including AP/AR oversight and reconciliation
Treasury management and banking relationship coordination across 200+ retail locations
Tax compliance management including VAT and CIT oversight
Process optimization and digital transformation leadership for accounting functions
Financial audit coordination and stakeholder relationship management
Month-end closing process supervision including comprehensive reconciliation and analysis

Requirements

Education

Bachelor or Master degree (with preference to Economics and Finance)

Experience

7+ years of financial accounting experience in Multinational Companies
