Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development across global brand portfolio
Manage team of 5-10 formulation and process development specialists
Drive Quality by Design implementation for OTC products
Develop strategic partnerships and innovation ecosystem
Oversee quality and safety standards at development center
Guide technical issue resolution and risk management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across R&D, Marketing, and Manufacturing

Requirements

Education

Master or PhD degree in Science (Pharmacy, Chemistry, etc…)

Experience

Minimum 10 years' experience in Consumer HealthCare or Fast-Moving Consumers Goods
