Key Responsibilities

Lead global and local project teams in new product introduction initiatives
Drive technical transfer of biotherapeutics from R&D to commercial supply chain
Optimize device and primary container designs for commercial assembly
Develop and validate device assembly and packaging processes
Manage supplier relationships for device components and packaging materials
Create and maintain technical documentation for regulatory compliance
Provide post-launch support and oversight for manufacturing stabilization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or science

Experience

5 years of solid experience in device and packaging operations, engineering, project management or R&D

Required Skills
