Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale a high-performing enterprise sales organization across multiple countries, driving regional revenue growth and market expansion
Own complete sales performance accountability including pipeline generation, quota attainment, and ARR targets across UK and EMEA markets
Develop and execute sophisticated go-to-market strategies across critical verticals including financial services, energy, manufacturing, defense & aerospace, retail, and life sciences
Provide strategic coaching and executive-level support during complex enterprise sales cycles with high-value deals
Deliver precise forecasting and comprehensive reporting on pipeline health, bookings performance, and revenue across multiple time horizons
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Customer Success teams to optimize customer-aligned execution
Build world-class sales organization through strategic recruitment, comprehensive onboarding, and continuous development of enterprise sales talent
Serve as key strategic partner to senior leadership in tailoring and implementing global sales strategy for EMEA market dynamics

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

Experience

10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with 5+ years leading regional or multi-national sales teams

Required Skills
