Key Responsibilities
Strategic oversight of medical call center operations with focus on patient care quality and regulatory compliance
Development and implementation of operational protocols to optimize service delivery and patient outcomes
Leadership and mentorship of nursing staff including performance management and professional development

Requirements
Education
