Key Responsibilities

Lead collaborative advanced illness management initiatives with Professional Services Corporation physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive palliative care that directly impacts patient quality of life and family satisfaction

Requirements

Education

Minimum of Masters of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing, or an equivalent as allowed under state law

Experience

Minimum of two years Nurse Practitioner experience
