Key Responsibilities

Strategic management of high-value construction projects (€10M+) including hotels and residential complexes
End-to-end project leadership with full P&L responsibility
Team leadership and coordination of site managers and foremen
Subcontractor selection, management, and performance evaluation
Stakeholder relationship management including clients and partners
Quality assurance and defect management oversight
Development and maintenance of strategic business relationships

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or Technical diploma with equivalent knowledge

Experience

5-8 years experience as Project Manager or Senior Construction Manager
