Key Responsibilities

Lead global tax information reporting control compliance across 7 operational teams managing 900+ controls
Drive risk mitigation through data analysis and red flag reviews
Oversee standardization and consolidation of control environments
Manage Master Control Assessment obligations and attestations
Lead project management and change initiatives
Handle escalations and issue resolution across global teams
Develop team capabilities and manage capacity planning
Ensure compliance with enterprise-wide control policies

Requirements

Education

Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree

Experience

Extensive relevant experience in Financial Operations / Project Management
