Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of PPI business system across multiple sites to drive profitable growth and quality improvements
Facilitate Lean principle deployment including Visual Management, Tiered Accountability, and Gemba walks
Direct strategic process improvement initiatives using advanced tools like Value Stream Mapping and FMEA
Develop and execute training programs to build organizational capability in continuous improvement
Manage KPI tracking and improvement processes across customer, finance, people and quality dimensions

Requirements

Education

Dipl-Ing, Bachelor, Master's degree (Engineering, Technology, Project Management or similar)

Experience

Profound experience in a GMP facility
