Key Responsibilities

Develop strategic short and medium-term capacity plans for both labor allocation and space utilization, directly impacting operational efficiency and cost optimization across manufacturing sectors

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or operations management

Experience

At least two (2) years of relevant experience in planning
