Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic process improvement initiatives across hospital system
Facilitate cross-functional teams of 5-15 experts
Analyze and optimize healthcare workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Develop and validate financial benefit metrics
Partner with executive leadership on system-wide improvements
Manage change control processes
Present strategic recommendations to executive committees

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree (Required), Master's Degree (Preferred)

Experience

3+ years progressive experience with process redesign, system implementation, return on investment, and organizational change initiatives

Required Skills

High standards of integrity, strong personal work ethic, creative problem solving skills, and flexible work approach Exceptional client service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word and Visio).
