Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic operational excellence initiatives across multiple international sites with P&L impact oversight
Drive enterprise-wide continuous improvement culture through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Manage cross-functional teams of 22+ direct reports across Operations Excellence and Engineering divisions
Develop and execute 3-year operational strategy aligned with global best practices
Direct capital investment planning and ROI analysis for operational improvements
Establish and monitor KPIs for operational performance and productivity enhancement
Lead change management initiatives and cultural transformation programs
Oversee technical operations and production engineering excellence programs

Requirements

Education

Business degree with Lean Six Sigma black belt or Master Black Belt certification (Desirable)

Experience

Vast experience in Operations/Operational Excellence roles applying "lean" principles

Required Skills

Builds relationships, able to negotiate & influence, and manage change in matrix environment Demonstrated proficiency and passion for lean methodology, tools, and end to end value stream improvement Exceptional skills in leadership, coaching, analytical problem solving and strong business acumen Superior written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
