Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic operations management for 25+ team members across Integrated Design Services and Field Technical Services, driving organizational alignment and performance excellence
Establish and execute operational workflows that ensure compliance with EnerGuide, NBC 2020+, and OBC SB12 standards while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
Build and maintain high-value client relationships with builders and industry stakeholders, serving as trusted advisor for customized building science solutions
Drive cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across all departments
Mentor and develop technical teams through targeted training programs, fostering continuous improvement culture and professional growth
Lead industry engagement in building code development and regulatory standards, positioning the company as thought leader in building science

Requirements

Education

Post-secondary degree, technical college in Engineering, Masters in Science or Building Science related post-secondary education

Experience

Extensive Experience in management and proven leadership abilities at a senior level (10+years) and At least 8 years' experience in building science, home energy consulting and modelling
