Key Responsibilities

Strategic leadership of building operations and maintenance teams
Regulatory compliance management and building inspection oversight
M&E systems maintenance program implementation and optimization
Budget and contract administration with P&L responsibility
Cross-functional coordination for mall operations and campaigns

Process optimization and SOP development

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent

Experience

At least 8 years of relevant working experience
