Key Responsibilities

Strategic oversight of cross-functional operations between Program Management Office and key departments (Manufacturing, Testing, Planning & Scheduling, Mission Assurance)
Critical program execution management ensuring alignment with cost and schedule requirements
Manufacturing readiness leadership and new business proposal support
Financial accountability as Cost Account Manager for manufacturing programs
Strategic implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
Cross-functional communication management and metrics reporting
Program lifecycle management including closeout and hardware disposition

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with 6 years experience, or bachelor's degree with 2 years experience, or master's degree
