Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development and continuous maintenance of comprehensive Operations Readiness Plans that directly impact project success and operational excellence across bp's global energy portfolio
Manage critical cross-functional interfaces between Project Operations organization, regional teams, and Projects teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational objectives
Drive performance measurement and optimization of operational readiness deliverables through sophisticated KPI tracking and dashboard management that influences executive decision-making
Coordinate the development of Operations Readiness schedules following bp's standardized processes, ensuring consistency and quality across major energy projects worldwide

Requirements

Education

Tertiary/vocational education in a STEM subject

Experience

5 years in an operational or planning and scheduling role
