Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive distributor order fulfillment operations from initial intake through final invoicing, directly impacting customer satisfaction and revenue generation
Manage strategic third-party logistics partnerships for critical medical device distribution, ensuring seamless supply chain operations
Maintain system integrity and accuracy between 3PL operations and QAD ERP system, preventing costly inventory discrepancies and operational disruptions

Generate strategic weekly order books for distributors and manage reverse logistics operations, supporting business intelligence and inventory optimization

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field preferred

Experience

Proven experience in order entry, fulfillment, stock control, or warehouse management

Required Skills

Strong understanding of order-to-cash operations Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken Strong administrative and IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office Able to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with diverse teams Experience with QAD or similar inventory/ERP systems Familiarity with ISO 13485 and GMP
