Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnerships with Tier 1 service delivery partners as primary point of contact
Drive partner capability development through technical training and education
Manage complex implementation projects and create strategic roadmaps
Provide technical consultation and strategic recommendations
Handle escalations and resolve critical customer issues
Develop business opportunities and strengthen partner relationships
Ensure quality delivery standards and partner performance metrics

Requirements

Education

Advanced degree preferred, not required with supporting experience

Experience

At least 5 years of experience with consulting delivery in the IDM space
