Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic financial control for Sephora's Worldwide Holding entity, ensuring corporate governance and financial compliance across global operations
Drive budget adherence and financial performance optimization through proactive monitoring and early risk identification systems
Orchestrate monthly financial closings for the complete P&L of the Worldwide Holding, coordinating cross-functional teams including accounting and operations
Develop and implement comprehensive cost controlling frameworks for Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, and Corporate functions across all regional P&Ls
Create sophisticated dashboards and KPI systems for central cost tracking, enabling data-driven decision making across global operations
Establish benchmarking and comparative analysis systems between countries and regions to identify best practices and optimization opportunities
Manage strategic CAPEX budget planning and forecasting, including depreciation cost envelope preparation with operational departments
Provide business partnership and financial guidance to operational teams, ensuring efficient budget management and rolling forecast accuracy
