Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic financial control for Sephora's Worldwide Holding entity, ensuring corporate governance and financial compliance across global operations
Drive budget adherence and financial performance optimization through proactive monitoring and early risk identification systems
Orchestrate monthly financial closings for the complete P&L of the Worldwide Holding, coordinating cross-functional teams including accounting and operations
