Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic project planning and timeline development using advanced tools like Primavera and MS Project to ensure optimal resource allocation and project success
Direct comprehensive resource management including materials, manpower, and machinery optimization with direct impact on project profitability
Oversee critical financial planning including budget allocation, cash flow analysis, and earned value management to maintain project financial health
Drive project monitoring and control through sophisticated progress tracking, variance analysis, and performance metrics to ensure project objectives are met
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align subcontractor schedules and manage project interfaces across design, engineering, procurement, and execution phases

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline

Experience

5 years and above experience in project planning
