Key Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of organization-wide PMEL policy and tools
Guide Theory of Change implementation across international alliance
Manage consolidated data and reporting systems for stakeholder information needs
Coordinate project reviews, audits, and evaluations
Provide capacity building and training for alliance members
Support proposal development and donor communications
Facilitate organizational learning and knowledge management

Requirements

Education

Masters level degree in relevant discipline

Experience

Minimum 5 years in PMEL-related position
