Key Responsibilities

Lead master scheduling and resource planning optimization across multiple production lines
Strategic capacity utilization management across Molding, Bonding, SMT, AISS, Automation, and Casing operations
Cross-functional coordination for supply chain and delivery optimization
KPI management including stock turns, revenue targets, and inventory control
International collaboration with PRC PC Team for planning synchronization

Requirements

Education

Degree or higher in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Purchasing/Supply Chain Management, or related field

Experience

Over 10 years total experience with 5+ years in managerial role within electronic manufacturing services

Required Skills

ERP/MRPII/MES systems proficiency SAP systems knowledge Production planning expertise Cross-functional coordination Analytical thinking Strong interpersonal skills Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
