Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of CAR-T cell manufacturing in GMP facility
Coordinate documentation and risk assessments for clinical treatments
Manage batch records and quality control processes
Oversee cleanroom operations and maintenance
Direct collaboration with Qualified Persons in Pharmacy
Conduct quality control testing and monitoring
Participate in translational research programs
Interface with clinical teams for patient treatment coordination

Requirements

Education

PhD in Immunology/Immunotherapy OR Masters degree in (Medical) Biology, Biomedical sciences, Molecular life sciences with GMP experience

Experience

Prior experience in GMP manufacturing and/or quality control required

Required Skills

Cell culture expertise Cellular immunology techniques Flow cytometry proficiency GMP documentation experience Cleanroom environment work experience English language proficiency (C1/C2) Dutch language preferred (C1/C2) Strong communication skills Project coordination abilities
