Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic design and development of interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that transform raw operational data into executive-level insights for key performance indicators and business trends
Drive organizational data visualization excellence by implementing industry best practices to create intuitive and visually compelling reports that enhance stakeholder decision-making capabilities
Architect robust data models and establish complex relationships within Power BI frameworks to ensure accurate analysis of enterprise datasets aligned with strategic reporting objectives
Execute comprehensive data integration initiatives connecting internal databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems including TROPOS to create unified reporting ecosystems spanning operational, tactical, and strategic business layers
Monitor and optimize report performance metrics across all organizational levels, implementing advanced query optimization and data caching strategies to maintain system efficiency and reliability
Establish and enforce enterprise-level role-based access controls to protect confidential business information while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Education

Bachelors or masters degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems Technology, or a related field

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience developing Power BI reports and dashboards
