Key Responsibilities

Lead technical deployment of robotic coating systems on high-voltage transmission infrastructure with direct P&L responsibility
Direct multidisciplinary field teams across international project sites while managing complex logistics and stakeholder relationships
Drive R&D innovation through field insights and performance validation, contributing to product development cycles
Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and global service frameworks
Engage with utility clients for technical planning and performance modeling using industry-standard methodologies
Oversee product qualification and regulatory compliance processes

Requirements

Education

Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design Engineering, or related field. Masters or PhD preferable

Experience

5+ years of experience in Power Systems industry
