Key Responsibilities

Lead Total Quality Management implementation across manufacturing operations with strategic oversight of processes and systems
Drive technical excellence through validation, monitoring and process optimization using advanced analytical instruments
Develop and maintain quality documentation systems compliant with KORE, ISO, GMP standards
Manage cross-functional quality initiatives and customer relationship management for quality concerns
Direct laboratory operations and testing protocols for ingredients and finished products
Lead performance management and development of quality team members

Requirements

Education

Bachelor of science or postgraduate degree, major in the subject of chemistry or food science, or biochemistry

Experience

7-10 years prior experience in quality assurance or production supervision/manager role in a food/beverage or pharmaceutical industry

Required Skills

Waterfall Model Troubleshooting Microsoft Office ISO 18000 ISO 14000 Six Sigma

Certifications

ISO 17025 knowledge preferred GMP certification preferred
