Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic development of CMF (Color, Material, Finish) initiatives across product lines
Drive sustainability and eco-friendly material innovation programs
Manage cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, and manufacturing teams
Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines for global product consistency
Direct material research and trend analysis to inform product development
Present strategic design concepts to senior leadership

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Textile Design, or a related field

Experience

8+ years of experience in CMF design and soft goods development
