Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise transport planning and traffic engineering teams
Manage complex transportation master planning and Traffic Impact Study (TIS) projects
Provide technical oversight and quality control for infrastructure projects
Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders
Direct strategic planning and mobility solutions development
Manage project budgets and resource allocation

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Urban Planning, or related field (mandatory); Master's degree in Transportation planning from a recognized university

Experience

12-15 years relevant experience in transport planning and engineering

Required Skills

Transport planning and traffic engineering expertise Proficiency in traffic engineering software (SIDRA, SYNCHRO, HCM) Project management capabilities Technical leadership and mentoring Financial management and budgeting Research and analytical skills Report writing and presentation abilities Stakeholder management

Certifications
