Key Responsibilities

Lead behavioral assessment and intervention planning through conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing evidence-based treatment protocols
Drive program effectiveness through data-driven decision making and continuous outcome monitoring
Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to ensure integrated care delivery
Provide clinical leadership and supervision to behavior technicians while ensuring quality service delivery
Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families while ensuring treatment compliance

Requirements

Education

Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field

Experience

Prior experience in conducting behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
