Key Responsibilities

Drive strategic optimization of production processes to achieve critical plant safety, sustainability, quality and efficiency objectives that directly impact business performance
Lead the transformational shift to recycled raw materials across product groups, positioning the company at the forefront of sustainable manufacturing practices
Spearhead equipment upgrades to highest technology standards, ensuring competitive advantage and operational excellence in global markets
Execute high-impact Safety, Quality and Cost optimization projects that deliver measurable business outcomes and stakeholder value

Requirements

Education

Master or Bachelor degree, in a technical field such as Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Data Engineering, Continuous Improvement Engineering. Polymer or chemical industry experience is a plus

Experience in Process Engineering or Continuous Improvement role
