Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic client relationships and project management for enterprise-level event technology implementations
Drive technical solution development and platform integration with client marketing and technology systems
Manage cross-functional teams of up to 8 members across multiple concurrent projects
Execute comprehensive project lifecycle management including resource allocation, timeline development, and risk mitigation
Deliver technical consultation and platform optimization recommendations to enterprise clients
Lead client onboarding and training programs for platform adoption
Coordinate with Sales, Production and Product teams to ensure project alignment and success

Requirements

Education

Bachelor of Science degree (Computer Science) preferred but not required

Experience

Previous experience as Eventbase Associate Producer required
